Who are we?
Julie Jarzemsky - Computer Science MS student and researcher in the Internet Rules Lab
Casey Fiesler - Assistant Professor in Information Science at CU Boulder and Direector of the Internet Rules Lab
What is the study about?
We are evaluating computing curriculum to find ways to make it more engaging and fit into a real-world context. Your feedback would help shape the curriculum to be more engaging and effective for future students.
What do we need?
We are looking for people who are 18+, who have taken or are taking an intro programming course, and who are willing to participate in a 60-90 minute focus group.
The focus group will be with 2-4 other participants, facilitated by Julie. It will be held in person on CU’s campus.
Participants will be compensated for their time with a $30 gift card.
